Juicing is one of the easiest and most effective ways to provide the body with vitamins, minerals and enzymes that are essential for health and vitality. Even if you have a reasonably healthy diet, it is not easy to obtain the correct amount and balance of vitamins and minerals.

The Standard North American diet is virtually void of fruits and vegetables, not to mention the increased amount of sugars and saturated fats in our diet which makes the absorption of certain vitamins and minerals and the good fats difficult.
